paint question

Is there anything special needed to do a pearl paint? I've been told that I've got to have certain paint guns and other specific things just for pearl paint. Is this true? I have a pearl paint picked out to finally paint the truck, but really don't care to buy all new guns n such just to do a pearl.

No. Not at all. Maybe a heavier tip if you go with some woppish hardcore flake. That is all
