PCM Codes?

My PCM is fried and I'm looking for another one. The code on mine is:

F7TF-12A650-SB, MLE1

I can't cross reference that with any at the parts stores. Is there another code to use? I found the PCM code charts, but wasn't sure which one to us. It's a 1997 7.3 5 speed.

BEG-5 through BEG-8, p/n F5TF-12A650-FF through FJ (may not be correct p/n)
MLE-0 and MLE-1, p/n p/n F7TF-12A650-SA and SB
SOD-1 through SOD-5, p/n F5TF-12A650-BTB through BTF
