All I did was get some diamond plate, left it long enough to cover the outside of the pinchweld, bent it so it had a 3/4" lip that covered the bottom of the pinchweld. Drilled 5 holes matching existing ones in the pinchweld, scuffed it, painted black and bolted them on. I think the whole process took 2 hours for my CC.
Sorry, I got no pics. Heck, i even had to drill some extra holes for the Amp lights.
