Had to ether start mighty whitey to leave work last night..
stopped by O'Really? Auto Parts on the way home and got glow plugs and a relay..

it's been plugged in all night, BUT.. it's also 0* out..
think it will start so I can put it in the barn to work on it?

Plugged in all night? Then yes it'll start
Unless you have injector issues as well

I am betting she busts right off.

But at those temps, I would stay inside and drink coffee. Especially since you didn't put it in the barn last night.

here in the hills of ski-country, my 7.3 has never let me down no matter the temps... never plugged my truck in either.

five hours in surgery..
two plugs stuck in the head on the right bank..

mass trickery with various tools and implements of destruction..
sat outside in 14* weather for four hours..

one GP cycle and she lit right off when I brought it back up by the house..

oddest stinkin thing.. all 8 ohmed out at less than 1 ohm..
I didn't try to dry fire them, but I might at some point..

I did put a new GPR on it as well, but I don't think that was the issue either, as last night I had the jumper pack on the glow plug side of the relay while I tried to start it.. and yes, I had the other lead grounded to the engine..

:fustrate:

We'll see what it does in the morning..

I hate being :eek:wned: by my own truck..

few more votes on the poll and I'll reveal the "sitting outside" answer..
