Please Help! Need small part of 7.3 intake tube for inspection

I need the small piece of intake tubing and the 2 bolts that bolt it to the bracket allowing the crank case vent tube to hook up to it. I took mine off many years ago but not need it to pass a smog inspection. If anyone has one lying around they dont need I would greatly appreciate it. I can paypal a few bucks over too. Please let me know ASAP as I have to get the inspection done in the next 2 weeks. Thanks!

And just to clarify on my description since I don't know the same of the part lol, I need this part in the pic. The one with the 2 bolts that the ccv tube goes to, and connects both the rubber intake tubes. And its for my 2001 (I assume 99.5-03 are all the same)

Just the part your holding and the 2 screws that thread into it to hold it on to the bracket. But I don't need the bracket, mine is still in place on my truck.
