Pmax high altitude

Does anyone else have problems with their pmax at high altitudes? Mine starts surging at anything over 9,000 feet. It will build pressure up to about 10psi then fall on its face and start building again then do the same thing. Once I get back below 9k feet the problem goes away. I never had this problem with the stock turbo. Is there a fix for this or is it just a design flaw?

I had the same trouble, but mine would do it at 5000' too.
Get ahold of Nate (wind runner) he can get you a wheel that will fix that problem.
