Pole building in MN

Just signed the papers for a new building to be built this spring. Here's the kicker, I've got to get rid of my existing 30x40. I hate to demo it as it is in great shape. Originally was a horse barn that has the stables removed. If anyone is interested, let me know. I'm willing to help with tear down, I have a bobcat. West of mpls about 20 miles.

How big of side walls? Any pics and how much you thinking? I'm building one next spring at the cabin and this might work better.

I can grab a few pics this afternoon. Has 9' walls. 2' eaves and 1' on gable. It's a nice building, just not big enough for me. Green and white. One 8.5'x8' overhead door and 1 service door. Price is the hard part. There's definitely some labor involved, new materials from menards runs 8k, I'd like a couple grand I guess.

I think thats going to be to small for me as well. Really need atleast 12ft door as my camper and boat are just under 11 tall.

I have the plans all drawn up for a 40x60x16 and a material list configured all I need todo after the 1st of the yr is walk in to Menard and order it.

My new building is a 40x55x12. Northland gave me the best price.

Throw it on CL. Change the wording slightly and you should be able to repost in a few sections.

Where are you about Delano? I was putting up a 40x60 this fall and had an UTV accident set me back. It will go up next spring. But my dad might have a use for it.
