Straighten them out and put a 45 degree lace in there. I bet the weld weakened the the pipe or its cheap thin wall

It looks like mig weld but undercut on the upper pipe. Did the gusset flare out as well?

Effectiveness doesn't seem to be an issue with them. Quality/strength of the bars, however, does seem to be a big issue.

in that case id be pissed and expect a replacement set.

yeah im hoping they will either replace them then if those ones bend just get a different brand or have somebody make me some out of some strong material.

I would bet no by the pic. But I bet those gussets are bowed out. Cheap material.

Your probably right, hopefully pro comp will step up and replace them.

Exactly, i love how they look and the style of them.

If i didnt drive off road for work like i do i would get a nice set like you have on your truck.

Im thinking im gonna have to have some made custom.

Bang on! But what would it fix? Haha do it twice and your a test dummy.

well they certainly wont be giving anyone a full refund so what else would you want?

At least if they replace them with a new set he could sell them to recoop some money to put towards a different brand.

You shouldn't have to. Demand a new set, sell them on ebay to a someone who doesn't run the race tunes. Get yourself a set of OUO, and run any tune as hard as you want and be done with it. imho is all.

That sucks... I would get rid of them. Your new set is just going to do it over again.
