Well finally have an update, Unfortunately pretty much zero progress has been made, Ive been waiting on columbus diesel to let me know on the the pump. I drove down there today and finally got some news on the pump and injectors... Unfortunately not the greatest news. He had my governor all pulled out and showed me that one of the weights and snap rings had come off the governor and was just bouncing around in the housing, probably caught the governor and was holding it open which was one of the issues. The weight is all mangled. Good news though is the camshafts and rollers still look brand new. Plungers were confirmed to be 12mm as well and all moved freely. They are gonna put a new weight and snap ring in the pump and re seal it. Then they are going to calibrate it and make sure it is good to go. They are also gonna pin the timing at 20* for me and chart is up to 28* so its real easy for me to bump up as needed. Also gonna set the fuel around 450-500cc for me. Now for the expensive fix.. The injectors. I bought these DDP 150s that were supposed to be set to 290 bar and all that. Well turns out 3 of them had cracked nozzles. That explains why they were soaked in fuel when I pulled them out. The other 3 are still questionable. So columbus is getting me a set of 175hp nozzles and gonna flow match them with my pump and set them to the right pressure. Everything should be done friday so with any luck the truck will be running this weekend. I also got my billet tappet cover this week as well. Here is a pic of the weight:
