Well guess the truck knew it was finally getting a new HPOP and intake plenums this weekend so it decided to throw one more thing at me this morning. Got to work and came out of the office to check on the guys and found this when I walked out the door. Looks like it is coming from the heater core. There is coolant all over the firewall and innercooler pipes. This is the second heater core in about 2 yrs. Guess I will replace the tank also since it is cracking.

That is what I am hoping. Won't really know till I get all the crap out of the way.

Got both WOP intake plenums installed while dodging rain storm's. Had one bit of trouble while I was scraping the old gasket off I dropped the razor blade on my rag and when I went to grab it, it fell down the air intake on the engine. Luckly I was able to grab it with a small magnet. Thought that was going to be the worlds most expensive razor blade. Tomorrow I will be putting in the HPOP and the repair kit for the heater hose that is leaking.
