It has to go pass inspection in Vermont so we can get the title, 5 in exhaust, tun3r and e g r reworking are in line, just waiting on the body shop they are replacing the bedside now.

Here is the latest, it passed inspection and on the way back my buddy called me, reduced power message, cycled key
He got it to a friends shop, this is what he found

That and that it had 400 hours of idle time on it lol

Nice work on this truck! I have bought parts off a guy in springfield who takes in a lot of mangled trucks and rebuilds them and brings them up to VT for inspection and thens brings them back down here and sells for big money. Claims he makes over 6 figures a year without hustling all that hard. Nice work

Well its coming along.......

Removed the entire dp back exhaust on the ground without an issue(only 2000 miles there better not be). Got the new 4 in FloPro all in loose fit perfect no issues was a great complete kit, again everything fit perfect no modification required.

Shout out to N0 L1m1t on the engine decluttering kit it worked beautifully, only thing that was required and not included in kit were 2 small hose clamps for a coolant line that was modified.

the coolant line above is the one that needed clamps.

And if course the intake, it really looks good I would have went with the no limit intake if it were me but my buddy like this one, and they both do the same thing.

Now for the fun stuff. If anyone is using the SçTx4 or edge CTS2 save yourself the trouble and update the devices after downloading the SCT and edge programs before trying to tune or set them up.

Little video of the finished product. Nice and smokey like it should be! Going with the race tune for a while. So far no check engine lights (except for a rev that gave an engine over speed code

I have to say I wanted the truck to have a sp@rt@n with on the fly changing of tunes, but I've used SçT in the past and it does the job. Next we will get it painted then install the hitch, I may do a write up if there isn't one.

Installing hitch

Perfect I fit, I amaze myself sometimes lol

Hitch went on in about an hr and a half, no cutting or drilling required through the frame, only had to cut the 4in hole for the ball, and 4 holes for the safety chains through the bed. Ready to tow the monster dump trailer.
