Push rods

Getting ready to replace rocker arms,fuel lines and push rods. Do i need to bar the motor over to a certain position before doing them?

According to the manual, yes, but I just threw mine in and tightened the rockers down a bit at a time all around and didn't have any problems.

What this man said. I've had a few ford techs tell me not to bother with following the manual. Tighten them down a bit at a time turn the motor over and check em again.
