***-R EGR block off plates placement

I'm looking to buy the block off plates from ***-R that has the notches that allow the plate to be slid in versus removing the entire bolt. I'm assuming one goes directly at the beginning of the EGR feeder pipe which branches off of the passenger side up pipe?

Where would the second plate go? I'm assuming on the other end of the EGR cooler right after the valve pretty much blocking all exhaust flow and any cool at that might leak if the coolers go bad for whatever reason after the EGR system is turned off. Thanks

Also if anyone knows of any specialty shops for powerstrokes in the panhandle area of Florida I would like to have a local shop to go to for any serious work.

The back plate would either be right before the horizontal cooler or where you said. Between the egr crossover pipe and passenger side up pipe will be difficult to get to honestly. The front plate will be right after the vertical cooler before the valve.

Thanks. Reason I'm looking to place it at the connection between the passenger side up pipe and feeder pipe is due to the fact that I have a exhaust leak at the bellow but you know that since I bought that pipe from you. If I can't get in that that spot then my only option is to replace that pipe or pull the cab and ****** all the piping along with a ****** of the ***.
