Radiator leak

I know this is an issue, but have any of you tried to re-crimp the core to the tank? I found a tool for this from Johnson Mfg, part number 414-01. Thought i'd give it a try before dropping $615 on a radiator from the dealer.

So, I ended up buying a replacement and installing it. Wasn't a bad job, but guess what??? The new one is leaking in the same exact place! Awesome!!! Way to go Ford finding a supplier who could consistently screw up a radiator 4 years in a row! :fustrate:

Talked to service manager at the dealer where I bought it, third radiator will be ordered first thing in the morning.

I use four season radiators.. No issues at all with them.

Where is it leaking from?

Is the dealer going to do the latest tsb
It will cover hoses and rad under 5 year 100k miles
Just did one at work the other day

What is the tsb# and when did it come out? I need to go in for the bed plate leaking oil too, I actually got a drip from it now.

The rad is leaking from the rh lower corner between the tank and core.
