random flashing headlights

noticed it before but thought I was seeing things till i was parked right next to it at work while working on one of our trucks and it blinded me... parked, engine off, keys out of the ignition and it was locked... just randomly flashes the headlights...

no idea wtf it could be? anyone else experience this?

bringing this back up because I figured out what it was.. if i leave my obdlink mx bluetooth adapter plugged in that i use with the torque app and with forscan, it makes it do some funky things.. even when driving it will mess with the advance trac and it will go haywire.. the other day i left it plugged in and went to start it snd my dash lit up like a Christmas tree with randon chit..

lol.. nope.. just some funky chit the BT adapter makes it do.. kinda crazy
