reading ebp

I been looking at ebp on my dash daq and im reading under maniflold absolute pressure I believe and for spartan tuning do you subtract or add the 14.6 or whatever the exact number is. Some people say 15. I run spartan and trying to figure out how to read it right. Yesterday driving if I was at 15 boost my ebp was around 30. This is with not with spartan updated tunes. Thanks

Key in on position(truck off) read ebp number. Subrtact that number from the number you see while driving.
