Rear axle seal

My rear axle seal is leaking on my f-350 thinking about tackling it myself and saving some money. Any insight would be helpful before I tear into it

Not too hard, pull axle, rotor, axle nut, that takes a special socket though, hub, replace seal and reassemble.
