rear bumper/backup lights

I need to get a new rear bumper, has been mucked up since I got the truck. I am interested to see what you guys are running for bumpers and auxilary back up lights.

I'm gonna use two LED flood lights mounted to the reciver.

Also look into the Cree LED replacement bulbs sold by retro solutions are bright as hell

Here's my rear bumper its getting 2 7" led bars on either side of the license plate.
