Rear handles fit front door?

I bought a set of color matchd handles for my truck, the front 2 doors have places for a key cylinder. My handles now only have the cylinder on the driver side. If I buy a handle for the back door on the passenger side will it work on the front door? Just wanna know before I spend money on a handle

They interchange front to back, but not left to right.

I figured they would but wasn't 100% sure. Got the set for 75 shipped they were factory ford and the color I needed so couldn't pass it up. Thank you for the help
