Update.... Well the sd tank ended up expanding and rubbing on the alt pulley. I'm thinking it only does it when I'm getting on the throttle because it doesn't do it when its idling. It ate some of the plastic were the top and bottom meet but it ended up getting a pin hole leak in a totally different spot. So i think I'm going back to obs if i cant find a better option. :fustrate:
