Ignition output connects to a wire out of the column that has power when the key is in the run position. Has to be connected. Starter output goes to a wire that has shows +12 volts when the key is in the start position as in forward trying to turn engine on. The wire your looking for runs to the starter solenoid. The brake shutdown needs to be connected to the brake switch. If your vehicle is running by remote start and someone jumps in to try and steal it, the second they hit the brake pedal the car will die. The flex relay is for a smartphone app that starts the car also IIRC. The hood pin you don't really need unless your worried about someone popping your hood. Also the starter solenoid wire should be cut in two. The key side going to the starter input and the starter side to the starter output. This will keep the starter disable feature on the alarm working. Without the alarm and the vehicle in front of me this is much as I can figure. Use a test light to check for each wire turning the key back and forth for each wire. Remember your +12 volt wire is hot with the keys out of the ignition. Acc wire with key in the run position only. Starter wire with the key in start position only. The first two get switched sometimes by car owner installs and will give you hell.

Thanks man, appreciate it.

The ignitions and starter outputs/inputs are all connected on the H3 Heavy Gauge wire harness.
Only thing not connected is the brake switch wire. Ill get it connected asap and test other wires with a DMM as well.

H3/1 Pink wire is connected to White/Orange in Ign Harness
H3/2 Red/White is connected to White/Orange in Ign Harness
H3/3 Orange is connected to Purple/Green in Ign Harness
H3/4 Violet is connected to Blue/White in Ign Harness
H3/5 Green is connected to Blue/White in Ign Harness
H3/6 Red is connected to White/Orange in Ign Harness
H3/7 Pink/White is connected to White/Orange in Ign Harness
H3/8 Pink/Black has no connection
H3/9 Red/Black is connected to Brown(maybe gray)/green in Ign Harness

Those are the heavy gauge wires, everyone appears to be connected to the right wires...Except I cant find what the brown(or gray)/green wire in the truck ignition harness is for.

The wire from brain is connected to it, on remote start its labeled as "Accessory/STarter Input".............but not sure what the wire in truck is for. Just trying to confirm all connections are correct.

The starter input wire should be connected to the key side of the wire that goes to the starter solenoid. This wire on the truck harness should have 12volts when you turn the key to the start position. This is also the same wire that would be cut and the other side connected to the starter output.
