Sounds like an injector issue. I'm not convised its an IDM issue at all.

You for sure have an injector or two dropping, just not sure why. You already told me you checked all the plugs and wire harness...

I didn't have the miss till the ipr took a crap and I replaced it could the new one have been bad outta the box?
Or should I replace the ipr and hpop? I can't keep this going. I need to figure something out!

Could it be air in your system? It took over 80 miles for all the air to come out of my system when i did my injectors.

Put atleast 50 to 80 miles on the truck at highway speeds and a couple of hard pulls to work all the air out of the system after an injector install.

Air shouldn't cause a constant miss under throttle. I don't think the ipr will either. Sounds like an injector issue.

I put plenty of miles on it after the ipr was replaced the injectors and after start up and the idle cleared up got the exact same miss it's a slight miss at idle here and there but very noticeable in between 1500-2000rpm. Harness looks good. And it passed buzz test and cylinder combustion test before replacing injectors but Orings looked bad on a few and all the injectors had 260,xxx+ on them. Engine was rebuilt tho around 200,xxx. DID NOT have the miss till after I replaced the ipr when the truck died.
Could the wire loom got messed up when unplugging everything?
If so where would I find a full loom and harnes for the engine?

Hey guys!!!

What Dave said just to rule that out.

But as well have you bothered to ohm out the wiring harness. When you were in there messing with the IPR and then all the injectors and what not you could have had a rubbed bar wire start to gound out on the VC. As well the UVCH could has something a miss.
