Replacing fuel bowl orings

I watched a video on youtube and it said at the end to fill the bowl with atf to clean the injectors? Is that true?

I wouldn't. Just let the fuel pump cycle on to fill the bowl and run a good fuel treatment.

Yes. Just manually fill the bowl with fuel when putting the new fuel filter in.
