Yeah those. Hopefully someone will get me a set ASAP. I don't think that I'm going to assemble the pulling motor until they are on it.
You mean these??![]()
In an inducer limited, single charger class, the smaller the engine the more efficient the compressor should be. Stroking an engine when the inducer is your limit seems like running the opposite direction from power.
I would say run a very large nozzle too. Cut the injection duration, not quantity.
Billet heads aren't allowed in the 2.6 class.. In the next year or two id say there will be a few interesting powerstroke pull trucks..
Yeah 150% and like 1.9 pw. Run an 80+mm cut down to a 2.6. Ported heads. Solid lifter valvetrain.
Some dmax guys got 200s and I've herd of a couple doing 4xx nozzles

Do you know how much smaller a dmax stock nozzle is to a 6.4 stock nozzle? 150% 6.4 is way bigger than 200% dmax fwiw.
Doesn't the d max have to do the injector body as well?

But a Hamilton head on a cummins is ok??? Come on man I don't play that game. If they are running it so will I.
As much crap as we have on the motors I don't think anyone could tell the difference, haha
