I thought everything was awesome. Saw E larch and the other guy from holders, buddy @ twisted and then meet some new people. Chatted up the Rudy's both and several others. Got me some sick stickers too. Great show. Loved the pulls. 3.0 class is sick. That was actually the first time I've ever seen 3.0 trucks.

I have a few random pics of trucks, I got a few action shots of the 2.5 trucks and then the 2.6 class started with Aaron I got an action shot of him with my motion capture mode so I really have like 6 sequential pictures then the Nikon died. Ill post everything I have tomorrow.

Good deal, I know the rain hurt us a little bit, drag racing and sled pulling.
But we done the best with the conditions we had. Thank you guys for coming out and not letting the weather scare you. We watched the weather all week and friday morning it turned to 20% chance of rain. But we got a little drag racing, some dynoing, and all the sled pulling done. The track was pretty good but it wasn't as good as it normally is.

The last event I went too was the NDHRA Carolina Nationals at Rockingham (It sucked). Both Rudy's events I have been to have been great. Good job to all the folks that worked hard to put on a event like this.

Haha yes it was. I left a little too hard but the truck still done good. All the work David and I done this week really paid off. Before last week we were doing good if we could 200 lbs off the front. Saturday I Got to hang 700 lbs off the front of it, at 8200lbs even safe to say David and I done back flips.

Hate that the rain messed up the racing, but from an amateur's eyes, the pulling track looked like it was in good shape the whole night. Lots of good pulling.

I've got some videos of the 3.0 class and the super stock trucks, as well as a couple other odds and ends. The computer isn't cooperating at the moment, but hopefully I'll have them up in the next day or so.

Off topic a little. I have a question about the red late model Mustang that made several passes. Every time it ran the time and speed would not display, anyone know why and what times the car was running?

coulda been licensing or testing.. all you gotta do is ask and usually they wont show the numbers.

It sure looked like it. It looked so stock I was almost expecting it to be a V6 lol. I thought it had factory exhaust until it went down the track . Didn't see what kinda tires were on it, had to be some slicks though cause nothing else was hooking up like that.

The strange thing was every pass it ran against someone in the other lane and both were blacked out. It was impressive watching it do burnouts.
I looked it over in the pits and it is a street car it had street tires on it when I saw it during the rainout.

This past weekend was a failure/success I broke the intermediate shaft in our extended cab, Broke something crazy in the trans of my truck and I messed up something in the fuel system in our sled truck. FML!!!! :fustrate:
