3M makes a headliner adhesive that works very well. I used it for the headliner in my s10 a few years ago and it's still holding up.

Yup, just peeled back the sagging part and sprayed that section. I removed the headliner to make it easier but if you can get to the area without removing the headliner I don't see why you couldn't do it in the truck.

the head liner is super easy to redo if you want to do it yourself. the reason the liner sags is because the foam is seperating from the material. its old. look up upholstery shops online and order the material and a can of their glue. i paid $46.00 at a shop locally and did my head liner on my 95 cc. you remove the head liner pull off the old material and use a wire brush and remove the old foam. wipe down the remaining headliner board removing all loose particles , you wont be able to remove the old glue and thats ok. lay the headliner down cover with the material fold back half of the material and spray the material and the board dont puddle the glue just an even spray. lay down the material and use your hand to lightly smooth it and press it down . if you press hard it will leave spots lightly rub it . do the other side same way. when done trim and let dry and put it back in. the upholstry shop told me he charges $ 150 labor but explained to me how to do it . pretty simple and mine came out really nice.
