Screeching noise after upgrades

I just installed a h and s xrt pro, egr delete, intake, and cat dpf delete pipe and loaded the tune up and now it screeches loud as heck and I have no idea what's going on. The vgt gear arm moves like normal. Any ideas?

It sounds like a supercharger and when I take off it get louder and then when I let off and cruise it goes away. Is the vanes stuck? It smells like burnt plastic after I drove it around for 5 mins

Exhaust leak it sounds like to me

Check the manifolds. They come loose. Seems to be the drivers side most often for me

You sure you didn't drop a bolt or something and is rubbing against the belt?

Did you use shorter bolts for the exhaust manifold? If you forget to install new bolts or completely leave out the bolts that mounted the horizontal cooler to the bracket, then the noise your hearing is coming from a leaking exhaust manifold.
