SCT Live Load

I have been trying for nearly a week now to get Live Load Gen II to link to my LiveWire TS in my '15 to no avail. I have tried SCT Tech Support, but they are nearly impossible to get a hold of. I tried all of the suggestions in the help guide on the program and even set it to run as administrator. I am running Windows 7 service pack 1. I was able to update the LiveWire using the device updater and the same USB port. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Yeah I completely goofed and meant live link. I'm Going to try again this afternoon.
