SCT x4 install problems

While installing my tune the device froze in the writing tune to vehicle to stage. It says not to unplug it what can I do to fix this.

did it just randomly freeze? did you touch anything, turn the key off, anything like that?

No I did the load fist deal and it went through fine and went to load the hot street tune and when it got to the write tune to vehicle it just stopped at 0 percent and hasn't went past that
