Sct x4 not reading engine strategy

Got my stage 2 barder and a new ficm installed a few months ago.

After looking at modding my tunes, I came across pcm strategies and how they can be changed via ids. And I wanted to double check if my strategy was still the same. Seeing how the shop wanted me to tune the truck to stock to calibrate everything together. I wondered if they updated my strategy.

Plugged it in, went to vehicle info and checked the last info showed me the strategy etc...

Went to look at the current strategy and got this

Unplugged and tried again and now BOTH say strategy not found

I plan on calling sct tomorrow, but wondered if anybody else experienced this?

And sure enough I have a different strategy post ficm replacement.
