I tried to update my SCT and it almost finished, now it's saying System start up please wait, file system error needs to reload.
What do I need to do to fix this?

Had this happen to me today. I ended up trying four times.

Looks like I got to call SCT and have them fix it. It will not take the update.

Give SCT a call, they can do a force update on it. I've had a few do that to me too.
