I would like to give a shout out to Mike at No Limit for excellent customer service and even better products. His egr block offs are top notch, and the intake will surprise you for a bolt on part. All fantastic quality.

Love it on my 6.0. The whistle gets a little annoying after some time on a long trip, but the radio fixes that :) Trying to convince my uncle into getting one for his 6.7. Once he heard it sucking air while spooling up he get a "poopy" grin on his face lol

What kind of mileage does it get when you aren't going downhill with the wind at your back? Lol

I got 18.7mpg on a 600 mile trip. The 600 miles were about 90% highway 65-80mph with the slowing down through multiple towns. My "lie o meter" was spot on with my hand calculation.
But I'm not lifted or on 37s... Stock with 285/65 on stock 18s

man that sucks ! mine gets bad mpg on average , but I am 100% city driving and my truck idles to warm longer than it drives to work. my customers have seen an average of almost 1mpg over their previous aftermarket intakes. what setup is on your truck currently ?

My truck is an 11 with 60k on it, egr shut off as im waiting for turbo kit to do all at once, mini maxx with just canned tunes, flo pro 5 inch turbo back and s&b box intake. Before i deleted i was seeing 18-19.5 hand cal on highway and around 15-16 in town. Then after adding everything highway went to barely 16 and now the intown driving is 12-13. I understand with winter coming yes truck does idle and yes regardless winter blend just sucks but these mpgs were from 3 tanks averaging 65-75 mph on the highway and in town is well.... in town. Im hoping after i actually delete the egr system and put a new turbo in the valley and get actual tunes instead of just cramming air and fuel into the truck as the canned tunes do ill get back up to where i want to be.. Hopefully. Any insight bigrpowr????

I have no insight, because your results are not typical. but the mileage you were getting stock is WAY above what I ever got. with 3:31 gears, driving 70 , stock tires, etc , highway only , I averaged 17.0 . and that was highway only, 180 miles , never deviating from 70 except getting on and off the highway to make the test true. then I added a tune, the h&s on performance , and got 20.7 . same exact drive , documented in diesel power magazine.

yeah any issue i have is never something simple. I find that my truck gets the best mpgs at 68 mph, and thats all i run my programmer on is performance. Truck could probably use a new fuel filter to start as living in the midwest ive seen some pretty nasty crap on my old truck when id change the airdog filters out.
