I wanted to get some peoples input on there egt levels running a single turbo 6.4. Currently i am running a single 66 from mpd with gearhead tunes on an h&s, flo pro egr delete, flo pro cold side cac tube, regulated fuel retun and bowl and fuel cooler delete, airdog 2 165, afe stage 2 intake, and a 5 inch straight pipe. Cruising around 55 or 60 im hitting somewhere in the 800 range, does that seem high or about right?

Altitude, tire size, gearing, wind factor are all major factors. My setup 72mm,60%tips, 33s with 3.73 I see 650-725 in perfect conditions.

With my old 66 on stock fuel I was around 700-750. With an 80mm and 100% nozzles with a heavy fuel tune I see 800 pretty often. That's on 32" tires and 200ft elevation.

let me get another recommendation, with that setup i want to throw in some nozzles and worry about a dragonfire a little later. You think I should run 30% or run 60% and have them detuned?

Stay away from a dragonfire and get duals from Midwest for and extra 700 bucks over the cost of the dragon fire. They are known to take out a fuel system

Dragon fire is a bad choice for more fuel. Dual fuelers give you more fuel and don't typically grenade like industrials pumps have. Don't do nozzles unless your doing pumps at the same time.

08BIGRIG on here sold his and replaced it with a Midwest Dual Fueler.

Hit up Morgan, Sledpull on here and ask about his kit.

Some kits have a pump and some don't, that's the grand price difference. My vote goes to Morgan's kit.

Finally from a phone that fits my hands!

Just got my single 66 on. Cruising at 75 on flat ground I see 650-750.

Any hill and it jumps to 850-1000 depending on how steep it is.
