What do you have for fuel mods? I can tell you the mud tires aren't helping, I used to run mud tires and just switching to AT's made a decent difference in mileage.

Bone stock fuel. I think the lag and tires are probably what's killing it the most

Yeah thats a big snail for stock fuel, the lack of low boost at cruise is killing it more than anything. A small nozzle and a lower PW tune will probably yield better MPG and driving manors as well as maintain or increase current power. That way you could always add a second injection pump or a modified one down the road. But that would help keep it making some more boost down low and perform better overall.
