Slightly reduced engine power with codes

Quick intro on the truck: 2014 F450 Cab and Chassis, 22,000miles/1700 hours, H&S XRT Pro w/ delete pipe and Airraid intake. I've previously had issues with a Reduced Engine Power when really getting on it, which the dealer told me was an overboost code due to my intake. I proceeded with the delete, hoping that the updated tuning would fix it. I put about 1000 miles on the truck with the delete before hooking onto our race trailer. Within 60 miles, after leaving the truck idle for a few minutes at the coffee shop, I experienced a massive power loss, hardly able to move itself from the parking lot. I couldn't read the codes so I proceeded to change the fuel filters, which gave me better power off idle but nothing up top. I unhooked the batterys for a while, went back to stock tuning and re flashed the delete tunes onto it. Still nothing but now I turned up codes U0106 and P0100. I cleaned the MAF sensor twice, still no change. I had to let a dodge tow the trailer ( embarrassing ). The truck wont boost over 20 psi and is really sluggish. I'm out of ideas. Has anyone else experienced this?

I've never experienced that with our 450 c&c. I've always had issues with over speeding the turbo. It would reduce power but you just pull over and turn it off the then back on it would be normal again.
