So my laptop died.........

Well I have a h&s black maxx, I had my mcc (unlock code and mcc program) my gear head tunes ect on my laptop. It's dead now.
Am I going to be screwed? I need to get a new laptop and download mcc but I don't have my code anymore. What should I do what do I need? Thanks guys

I would
take the laptop to someone who can recover the hard drive info
then keep it on your new laptop and a USB stick
