Factory cover. Came off of 11 ext cab short bed. All hardware included. Not sure of price just looking to sell or trade. Located in Nj. Nothing wrong just wont work with tool box. It's off of truck and out of elements.

Yes its still available. Been in my garage since last may. I had a guy that wanted it but he didn't want to the shipping. It's kinda awkward so if was a little high. If you want to get a quote I'm in 08332. I would say 50 to 60 lbs total and that might be a little over.
