Failed: code 01 when trying to install the license for SOTF.

What am I missing?

did you load the extra license file into the transfer folder onto the sd card? The email that has the link for the download and directions also has the level two license. If you did that step, then you have to go to tuning, then load command, then touch the check to update the license.

I did. That's the step that gives me the error when trying to check mark the license. The code and serial of the device both match.

Just a small update. Mick has never seen this before and we're working on a solution. Have tried everything we could so far.
