I have to call Mick tomorrow. Numerous times throughout the day I have to turn the tuner off and back on to get it to connect to the truck. I am pretty happy with the tuner, but that is aggervating me.

It just randomly looses connection. I called and someone said its normal. Said it happens to guys that don't disconnect it daily. Well my thought is power cycling the tuner should be the equivalent of disconnecting it from the OBD2 port. While maintaining a speed it will start bucking until you let off, and the shifts are harsh. The guy said even after you do a relearn it can take up to a week to start shifting right. Hopefully it works the bbugs out.

The truck is still under ford factory 3 year or 36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. I am in know way trying to bad mouth spartan so please don't take it that way.

Have money ready, they may decline to cover this if the PCM is dicked because your aftermarket tuner screwed it up.

Just something to be prepared for, not trying to be a dink.

Very very seldom PCM failures occur in these trucks, they may be wary about it.

Just a warning, wish you luck.

Yes it was a bad TCM. I also want to make clear that this was in no way the fault of the tuner or the guys at Spartan. Mick and the Guys at Spartan have been very helpful and I have no problem recommending their product. (not they really needed my endorsement, but they have it)

You may need to replace the cord. My brothers truck did some weird stuff and it ended up being the cord.

Well the bucking wad caused by the 310 tune. Jeff said that is a competition only tune. I switched to 300EL but im going to change it to 300LL today. As for the monitor, it still kinda screwy but not as bad as it was. I rarely hook it up now.

Truck is back and running great. Now I just have one question. Any one interested in a 2010 F250 ccsb 4x4 Lariat. Black with Black interior. only 21,900 miles.
