Spring Pack Question

Forgive my ignorance...

Can anyone tell me what this is? Also should I be concerned that there isn't a bolt holding it in place?

it keeps your springs inline... it should be attached to the end with a rivet... should be one on front too... just duct tape it there it should be good....

Looks like the rivet broke or was removed, can see the hole in the spring and rust where it used to sit.

I figured where it should be comparing the two sides. I was just going to through a grade 8 and nut on there to hold it in place. I just wasn't sure what it's purpose was or if it was harming anything by not being secured.

Zip tie would work better in this application.

Denver Spring probably has the leaf spring clamps.
