Steering problem accurring,,

Recently picked a funky steering problem. While backing a trailer front wheel got caught on curb when turning. After dropping trailer and heading home, taking right turn felt like PS went out. Had to muscle wheel to get threw turn. But all seemed fine when I got straight and would swerve L&R to test. Did notice it only happens at low speed,, and not all the time. And with truck at idle sometimes it is hard to turn, but will with little RPM. Then other times turns like nothings wrong.

My serp belt is fairly new, less than 5k miles, figured it may have stretched. So before I replace PS pump has anyone had problem like this, if so, what was you problem??

If it didn't do this before I'd check the alignment. My son "borrowed" mine then i had a weird steering issue and front end rumble. Ended up being toed-in almost 3/4". Reset it and problem gone.

Steering was fine and never had any issues til day after backing trailer. Been wanting new tires, and will do those and alignment and see if that takes care of it.
