Steering wheel help 08-10

Bought my truck used and the steering wheel has a lot of wear. I want to replace it but they are hat to come by on eBay. Anyway their is one that matches mine except that it does not have the radio controls. Can I just swap mine into that steering wheel?

Yes, you can swap it, but just buy a brand new one from TASCA, they're only like $300... everybody wanted $200 for crusty pieces of junk when I was looking
