Steering wheel wont return/ wandering

So I just got finished doing ball joints and tie rods on my truck. In the process I replaced one hub also. I finished the truck today and took it for a test drive. It steers smooth but the steering wheel wont return to the center and it wanders on the road really bad. I haven't had the alignment done yet because no one in town can fit my truck. Any help?

Sounds like I just needs an alignment .

So I drove down the road today and it clear that the toe is in I guess. (Wheels are like this)
