alright guys since ive had the truck ive gone through 2iprs and 3 icps. also injectors a new hpop new orings on oil rails. several diff tunes. but yet! still hard starting super long cranks. any buddy got anything....

yea and everything is normal. i dont get it 13.4ish volts too

Had long cranks, usually took 2 long cranks for it to fire in 60 degree weather. Went to the ford dealer planning on buying glow plugs. Talked to one of the guys there and said it sounded like the gpcm. 80 bucks and about 5 minutes of work and truck fired up like a dream

Two PIDS you need to watch; sync and FICM sync.

They both need to toggle yes before the truck will start.

Also watch rpm. If it doesn't read above 100 it won't start.

We need to figure out what is missing, keeping it from starting. How fast does it build ICP?

Does it have the proper oil filter in it? Some aftermarket ones will drain back and cause no starts. Or long crank.

from what i can see good oil pres. and proper oil filter.
