Stock battery dimensions

Checking my oil earlier and noticed that my passenger side battery terminal is rubbing my hood. Anybody know the stock battery dimensions? I think the guy I got the truck from put larger batterys than oem. Also is there any kind of bracket to hold the battery down? Mine has nothing causeing it to move around. Thanks guys!

they use a 65 series from the factory

Yep, group 65 batteries. There should be a small black clamp towards the bottom of the battery, IIRC it takes a 10mm socket.
