I think we have decided to do the 155/30's at this point and if he doesn't like them ill trade him for some stock injectors for my rustbucket project

My warrens have been great. I have around 15k on them now and even ran the truck with low fuel pressure for a few months and they're still kicking. Cold starts at 10° have been flawless even when not plugged in.

IMO 155/30 is a silly injector size.

Go Stock Ford Remans or 175/stock or 190/30 and learn to use your tuning.

155,175,190,205, etc... That is the potential fuel that the injector can hold.

stock,30,50,75,100,etc That is the nozzle size (30%,50%,75%,etc bigger than stock). Nozzle size + PW + ICP determine how much fuel is dumped.

155/30, 175/30, and 190/30 will all run exactly the same on a tow tune... But on a race tune the 155 will run out of fuel sooner, then the 175, and then the 190. So on a race tune the 190 will dump WAY more fuel. But they will run essentially the same on a tow tune.

Stock nozzles have the potential to dump around 155-175cc of fuel depending on PW and ICP.

30% nozzles have the potential to dump around 175-190cc of fuel depending on PW and ICP.

75% nozzles have the potential to dump around 225-240cc of fuel depending on PW and ICP.

I had 190/stock. I was lifted on 35's, not even studded and it still towed great with 12k on XtremeStreet tune. If I were to do it again Id go 175 or 190's with atleast 30% nozzles and just tune it down. So the option to grow is always there.

75% nozzle ftw.
That's way to big if you're hauling any kind of serious weight. When I towed my truck down to Rudys it has 155/30s and a stock turbo. It would get hot fast if you ever had to get on the skinny pedal for any amount of time. It would hit 1600 degrees no problem. That was a gross weight of over 20,000 lbs including the trailer though. I should have put the truck back to stock but I hauled it on a tow tune.

If you plan on towing anything over 15k lbs Id stick with a stock nozzle. I ran 175/stocks and 205/stocks. The truck made really good power in the mid rpm range, which is where it matters most when you're towing a big load. Of course it had the same amount of power or a tiny bit more up top like a stock truck would have but it burned really clean and was probably one of my favorite setups honestly.
