My studs where done one at a time. It's held up to 800+HP Dyno run on nitrous...still holding.

Wicked thread, I am definitely going to go for them cab on now, maybe turn a christmas break into a wrench session so I am not rushed.

How long did it take most of you guys cab on?

Truck is back together ran fine sunday night and monday but today will not start has 2 codes P2453 and P000 ant thoughts

I'd rather know 100% than assuming....

P2453 Diesel Particulate Filter- Differential Pressure Sensor Circuit Range/Performance-This error occurs if the differential pressure of
the diesel particulate filter reads a constant value while the engine is running.
Depending on what tuning you have make sure it is plugged in.
The other dont worry about. It comes up after tuning.

H@S with KEM tuning DPF and cat have been removed for about 2 years along with sensors.

Mike @KEM recommend I keep sensors plugged in with his tunes.
Might want to update your tunes if they are 2 yrs old. They have improved since then.

I wonder if the sensors missing is the issue for my truck idling higher (800-900) all the time.

i was gonna do mine then i realized if i do this, i will most likely smoke my fresh stock transmission alot faster lol just my thoughts

So studs one at a time did not work for me going to start over in about two weeks the old fashion way. Found a mechanic that would rent me a bay with a lift. Going to start ordering parts Monday . Should I worry about HPFP? If so modded, rebuild, or ford stock replacement not planning on large injectors ever.

No We pressure tested and found every thing to be within limits.

My heads were cracked . So the question is how to keep them from cracking agin . A friend of mine has a hot shot business and had 3 engines with holes in block so I tried all of those heads all were cracked . Went to junk yard to find heads took a wile but have a good set now to seems all these heads are cracking how do I stop this from happening agin . I have ported intake to install this time but don't think that will help seems like I just need more air to me but I don't know haven't built enough to know.
