Running 5" tb flopro.. can't get the exhaust to not touch the front (engine side) of the transmission cross member. Can't remember from my other 6.4 if it is supposed to be like that or if it should float over it. It doesn't touch on the back side??

Loosen up the whole down pipe and maybe some of the section under the truck and readjust. It is annoying, but there is a sweet spot, just have to find it

Your most likely gonna have to slip the downpipe lower section deeper into the upper to give some clearance on the xmember. I usually wedge a block of wood between the pipe and x member to hold it in place till i get all the clamps tight or welded.
