I started building a grill for my superduty that resembles the raptor grill. Started with my stock shell.

Nicely done! I've been wanting to do something similar for my obs, just haven't got around to it yet. Great work.

How is the new mesh fastened?

Got a link to the one you found? ya it has taken me some time to get this one done time is not something i have a lot of. I have some other things in mind as well. I would like to build my livewire in to my pillar and put two 10" subs where my stock spare tire is and a few other things i will never have time to do. LOL

Looks good! I can speak for the quality of McNeills glass stuff. I had their fenders and bedsides on a ranger and they held up great

Well i plan to make a few so hard to say. I had to have it bluprinted and then tweeked in cad so i have a far amount of money and time just in the letters. If i was to sell the letters alone i would have to get $100 out of them. I am working on trying to get better prices on the steel and mesh and trying to find a good source for the grill shells at the moment.
