It's so rare to find a 7.3 in the yard that I jumped all over it when it showed up. Managed to get the whole motor from pan to turbo and the IDM for a paltry $300. Now what to do with it [emoji23]

Drove into the yard. Rotates freely. Was a gov truck from somewhere so I guessing it was well maintained. Even had the original downpipe.

Nope. The battery was pulled. I just saw an ad on Craigs for a full 7.3 rebuild kit for $500. Maybe I'll rebuild it for a spare.
